About Us. is designed and maintained by the Consumers’ Protection Association (CPA India). The interactive website was launched in 2009. But the website was hacked by the enemies of Indian Consumers. Now it has been redesigned and launched again to publish consumer complaints and company responses on settlement of complaints. The website shall publish important news, views, judgments and law concerning consumers. All are requested to involve in this dream project and make it a success. CPA India was established in 1984 and registered in 1987 under the Societies Registration Act 1860. CPA INDIA was invited in 1985 by the Govt of India to participate in the discussions before finalizing the Consumer Protection Bill 1986. Formerly member of CCPC, BIS, CPA India was also a member of CAG registered with TRAI and an Investors Association recognized by SEBI. CPA INDIA works in close co-operation with civil society and Government and received National Award for works in the interest of consumers.
